Mike Grover has a BA degree in Economics and Management from Albion College and an MBA degree in Finance from The University of Michigan. His professional background is banking and finance, having worked in New York, Chicago, and London in various treasury and financial trading positions. Mike has been with Cargill, Inc. since 1993, primarily in the financial markets division, trading fixed income and foreign exchange. He started the weather derivatives business at Cargill in May, 2001 with a primary emphasis on developing the agribusiness markets, offering hedging products to Cargill's own business units and to customers of Cargill. |
