Welcome to the online version of People & the Environment!

This course is designed to provide you with a survey of global and regional interactions among people, their geographic location and utilization of space, and the physical environment.

One of the primary emphases of ISS 310 is how natural systems operate and how humans have responded to them. Another emphasis, is how humans have impacted localized and global natural systems. As a result, the coruse is a merger of Physical Geography with Social Science.
